All each main casting parts as column,table...adopts double wall construction to ensure the rigidity and stability during heavy grinding. And through internal stress elimination to ensure the rigidity and stable the accuracy.
The vertical and the Cross feeding uses high precision, heavy pre-compression accurate ball screw transmission system in order to give powerful and precise grinding force.

Auto cross feed powered by AC motor transmitting through MCU,with travel distance set by cam and limit switch installed on right side of machine base; The feed volumn can be either adjusted by panel switch.


Cylinder

Except PFG-50100、60100、70100,two single- acting hydraulic cylinders are provided, with their piston rods of hydraulic cylinders are anchored at the right positions, here by rigid and stable table motion can be obtained, with no table float happened.
