Ball Screw & Servo Motor used for Y,Z, axes.
Using 5 super precision angula contact bearing for spindle.
Continuous compulosry lubrication system, and the auto. Lubrication system with pressure switch to lube pressure. Machine operation will be inhibited when below pressure.
Optional over head dresser compensation system.
Four standard grinding cycles : Surface, Criss- cross , Plunge, pitch.
Wheel head auto. retrace to start point & preset grinding cycle : rough-fine-sparkout.
PFG-H4080CNC Longitudinal movement of table by hydraulic cylinder. (suitable to pitch grinding & surface grinding).
PFG-B4080CNC Longitudinal movement of table by ball screw & AC servo motor. (suitable to pitch or plung grinding only).
